Baker's falls Horton planes, central province, sri lanka
After passing the Security check points at Horton Plains, you come to main trail section which leads to Baker’s Falls in Horton Plain We could NOT see the Red Bridge properly due to mist but I managed to clicked a few photos around the Red Bridge area. Baker’s Falls in Horton Plain is the widest water fall in Sri Lanka. you have to see this first before World’s End with a relax eyes. When you get closer, you hear the water gushing sound of the Baker’s Falls. When you reach the Baker’s Falls, you will be stunned .I could not talk and could not believe my own eyes of it’s beauty. What a Beauty!!!!. How come, the nature is so beautiful.
Kabana- Bogahawatha,Sri Lanka
This small water fall is situated in bogahawatha KABANA, in sri Lanka. A good place to spend time to enjoy. You can go as groups. But you must conduct the management before you visit. You have room facilities and cook's to cook and give testy food. Well organized place to spent time. The expected privacy is present in this place. To go you can go to Nawalapitiya and take the bus to talawakella. Get down in bogahawatha town to visit kabana.
Ramboda water fall. Ramboda,Sri lanka
This is a right view to see the ramboda falls. It is about 160m long. It is found in between gampola and nuweraliya,sri Lanka. The water flows more during the Rainy season.

Mahawali River-Sri Lanka Mahaweli is the largest river found in Sri lanka.It starts from the Hatton plateau on the western side of the island's hill country and ends in east at trincomalee district.This river is 335km long and it is a significant length,considering Sri lanka's size (maximum length of the country is 432km).It is said that Mahaweli river's drainage basin is almost 1/5th of the country in size! River Mahawali does an outstanding job in nourishing the country by many means.It helps to gain electricity to the country(you may not know that Sri lanka gets considerable amount ot its electricity by Hydro-power)and supplies water for a huge area of agricultural lands.One of Sri lanka's largest irrigation projets is woven around this great river so,is named as "The Mahaweli development project." As Sri lanka is an agricultural land full of beautiful paddy fields ,water is our blood... and Mahaweli river is the best source of that ...
