A happy old man. I saw him in ramboda,sri Lanka. He don't have the ability to speak. But he is able to talk with the sign language. Living alone. Really no one is there with him. He don't like to beg and eat. Earning money  by sailing flowers, lottery tickets and newspaper. Always being with a smile.

This is a right view to see the ramboda falls. It is about 160m long. It is found in between gampola and nuweraliya,sri Lanka. The water flows more during the Rainy season.
